Brooke has over 20 years’ experience in policing, most recently as National Programme Manager for the United Nations (“UN”) HeForShe initiative.
She has worked extensively with the UN and International Corporation Alliance members (e.g. HSBC, De Beers and IRC), including playing an integral role at UN “impact labs” in New York and Paris. Brooke was co-author of an international male allyship toolkit and was a speaker at the 2023 World Policing Summit in Dubai.
Brooke holds a Level 7 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring in Leadership and is highly experienced in implementing strategic top-down cultural change.

Poppy has over a decade of experience in public speaking and is an engaging trainer specialising in issues related to violence against women and girls.
Poppy is the Founder of the internationally acclaimed BE LADS Campaign and has delivered training to major corporations such as Tesco Mobile, WSP, and Butterfield Bank, as well as charitable organisations including the Chelsea FC Foundation, the Royal British Legion, and the City of London Crime Prevention Association.
Poppy was a 2024 UN Women UK Delegate for the United Nations’ 68th Commission on the Status of Women and named a “Future Iconic Woman of Guernsey” in 2022.
