What services does TCC offer?
TCC specialises in helping employers create supportive, safe and inclusive workplace cultures. Our services include tailored training for staff at all levels and cultural change consulting with a particular focus on sexual harassment prevention.
Does the new law apply to me?
If you're a UK employer you have a legal duty to provide sexual harassment prevention to all your staff, including HR teams and senior leaders. This duty applies to all businesses of any size in any sector.
Why is sexual harassment prevention training important?
As of 26 October 2024, UK employers have a legal duty to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Our training supports your efforts to comply with the new law by teaching your employees to recognise, prevent, and respond to sexual harassment.
How are TCC’s training sessions delivered?
We offer both in-person and online training sessions and e-learning modules. In-person training is highly effective for cultural change, while online sessions provide flexibility for remote or dispersed teams. We also offer hybrid options to suit your needs.
Who conducts the training sessions?
Our training sessions are led by TCC Directors and Co-Founders Brooke Jarvis and Poppy Murray, who are specialists in sexual harassment prevention and cultural change.

How often should refresher training be conducted?
We recommend conducting refresher training annually or at intervals that align with your organization’s needs. This helps ensure ongoing compliance and keeps the focus on maintaining a respectful workplace culture.
